Posiflush Production Operator - D Shift

Overview

Posiflush Production Operator – D Shift at BD Nogales Norte. Produce quality Posiflush syringes at line goal, maintain clean area and equipment, perform quality checks, and comply with BD quality systems and safety regulations. Regular, punctual attendance is essential. Ability to read, write, and converse in English and uphold BD Values.

• Monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.
• Adjust equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity.
• Assist with product and equipment changeovers.
• Support line technicians or setters/operators with equipment repair or troubleshooting.
• Keep machinery, work area, and floors neat and orderly and comply with GMP requirements.
• Perform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately as required.
• Communicate with utilities or department scheduling group to maintain minimal material inventory levels.
• Work as a team member to develop optimal task methods.
• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• In lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is required.
• None required for experience.

• Ability to keep and maintain detailed documentation/communication – Proficient.
• Teamwork – Proficient.
• Organization skills – Basic.
