** Principal Accountabilities*
* * Work with operations group on production schedules
* Daily tooling setup for production needs
* Inspection of Grinder pins, bushing and plates, replace as needed
* Operate 80 ton hydraulic press
* Stone Mold plates and Breather plates daily
* Straighten Mold plates on a hydraulic press
* Bow breather plates on a hydraulic press
* Operate plate grinder to sharpen grind plate
* Assess condition of tooling for wear and damage
* Order tooling or send out for repairs as needed
* Maintain tooling inventory levels
* Utilize MRO system
* Cleanliness and housekeeping
* Ensuring food safety and quality
* Work with minimal supervision
* Work Overtime as needed
* Documenting daily work assigned on paper and in maintenance management system
* Utilize parts in inventory to repair equipment and follow procedures for documenting usage
* Identify problems and make suggestions to improve operational processes
* Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck)    
** Required Qualifications*
* * Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English
* Must have knowledge of hand and power tools
* Have state issued operator driver's license    
** Preferred Qualifications*
* * Previous industrial maintenance experience
* Two year degree that relates to the maintenance field
* Experience using a powered industrial truck (PIT)
* Previous Cargill experience
* Work history in the last 12 months    
** Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
