Posiflush Fillroom Operator - D Shift at BD (Tissuemed Ltd)

The Fillroom operator works in a clean room, producing Posiflush syringes by overseeing the machine, performing quality checks, cleaning the work area, and collaborating with the team to manufacture quality products at the specified rate. The role ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures, best practices, and all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations. Regular, punctual attendance and ability to read, write, and converse in English are essential.

• Perform all tasks in assigned operations listed below and operate all respective equipment at a rate equal to or above established standards while maintaining all quality and GMP standards.
• Continually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.
• Make adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity.
• Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.
• Assist line technicians with equipment repair or trouble shooting.
• Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and follow GMP requirements.
• Perform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately as required.
• Communicate with utilities or department scheduling group to maintain minimal material inventory levels.
• Work as a team member to develop optimal task methods.
• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• In lieu of High School diploma/GED, three years manufacturing experience is required.
