• Ensure compliance with production plans and production line outputs, maintaining overall line efficiency.
• Adhere to internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations such as EHS.
• Plan or contribute to the unit’s budget, allocate resources, and keep manufacturing costs on plan.
• Execute, supervise, or manage front‑end manufacturing processes according to specified procedures.
• Prepare wafers, components, or semi‑products and monitor hand‑stock levels.
• Process components or semi‑products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup and, when required, CNC/SPS programming.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians and external service providers on repair issues.
• Operate with one type or a small range of similar machines, applying simple parametrization per work orders.
• Start, monitor, and check the assigned processes in production, assembly, or logistics.
• Continuously check the quality of products produced.
