• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies and create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing charts, production planning, and adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules and manage the onboarding process.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Motivate employees, resolve conflicts, make tough decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends, and holidays.
