- Monitor staffing charts, production planning, and adjust as needed.
- Create and monitor schedules and manage the onboarding process.
- Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication with guests and team members.
- Resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
- Motivate employees, resolve conflicts, make tough decisions.
- Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends, and holidays.
