Beverage Server

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Responsible to take orders from patrons and return these orders in a timely manner.
• Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations to include visible intoxication.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
• Knowledge of all bar equipment, and use of POS system.
• Able to handle situations that may arise due to intoxication.
• Ability to communicate with all departments and fellow employees.
• Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling.
• Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
• Follow company and department policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

• High school diploma, GED, and comparable experience preferred.

• Able to obtain a state gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Must be able to work in areas containing dust, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, and crowds.
• Must be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
