Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $29.00/hr (actual pay will be based on skills and experience)

$16 - $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance. They are tech‑savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure entertainment displays are maintained throughout the day.
