We are seeking qualified and flexible candidates to join our Columbus Motor Company family. We are open Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sales consultants will have one day off during the week. We value competitive pay and a positive culture. • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.
