Field Service Technician Duties
  • Perform planned maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, docks, balers, compactors, and other warehouse equipment. Follow manufacturer recommendations for fluid changes and other required periodic maintenance.
  • Identify and recommend items in need of repair.
  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Work safely, following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Automotive, ICE, hydraulic or electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, docks, balers, compactors, and other warehouse and material handling equipment.
  • Provide superior customer service.

Requirements Field Service Technician Requirements
  • Three or more years’ experience of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair is required. Previous experience diagnosing and repairing in the Material Handling, Automotive, Heavy Machinery, or Diesel industries is strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to work one (1) week on-call every two (2) to four (4) months.
  • Must be able to read and understand wiring and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competently use mobile phone and personal computer.
  • Pass drug screen and background check.
  • Must have personal hand tools and multimeter.
  • Valid Driver's License without recent major violations.
