• Total pay range: $1,060–$1,300 weekly.
• Monthly home time.
• Sign-on bonus: $6,000 paid over 12 months for experienced drivers; $3,000 paid over 12 months for inexperienced drivers.
• Mileage incentive:
  Potential $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles.
• Weekly performance pay, annual 2% bonus.
• Paid orientation; paid time off after 6 months; 6 days of holiday pay per year.
