The Team Lead – Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and workflow coordination. This hands‑on role ensures all shipping and receiving tasks are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while leading a team of warehouse associates.

• Lead and support a team of warehouse employees in shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse functions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies, promoting a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks, packaging, labeling, and staging materials as needed.
• Identify process improvements and recommend changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve shipping or receiving issues.

• Forklift certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and logistics best practices.
• Proficient with inventory software and basic computer systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, Excel).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Previous experience in warehouse/shipping & receiving roles, including leadership responsibilities is preferred.
• Attention to detail.
