As a Senior Accountant, you will monitor Gifthealth’s financial status, review partner invoicing and manage accounting transactions. At Gifthealth, we ensure that the internal team and every patient, partner, and customer we work with is met with excellence. We are problem solvers who think on our feet and deliver results.

• General ledger & journal entries
• Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
• Enter and approve vendor invoices
• Assist in tracking and enforcing company purchasing and approval policies
• Complete and submit sales tax and other filings
• Assist in monthly close and reporting process as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations

• Work experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, and procedures
• Hands on experience with Quickbooks, , and Paylocity
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree preferred

• Regular meetings with your team, other departments, or leadership to ensure alignment.

• Must be able to sit and/or work at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to use standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday, including typing, reading, and reviewing documentation.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in person, via video conference, and in writing.
• Must be able to work during standard business hours.
