Corporate Accountant at Atrium Centers - Columbus, Ohio (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple Atrium Centers
• Maintain accounts receivable, including billing documentation and supporting records
• Maintain accounts payable, ensuring timely invoice processing, validation, and approvals
• Update and maintain financial records using accounting software
• Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets
• Assist in preparing quarterly budgets under the guidance of senior management
• Support ongoing financial analysis and reporting projects

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 2–5 years of experience in a corporate accounting setting
• Prior experience in an accounting or financial role preferred
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
