• Facilitate global invoice distribution to ensure timely and accurate billing across all regions
• Complete and manage customer vendor setup forms, maintaining accurate account and compliance records
• Address inquiries from both external customers and internal teams related to billing, payments, account discrepancies, or contract terms. Primarily through email, with phone outreach as needed
• Prepare and distribute invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the finance department to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support the monitoring and improvement of internal controls within billing and collections

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and managing customer account portfolios
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B collections or credit control
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Proven track record of meeting critical cash collection targets and performing under tight deadlines
