Senior Corporate Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join a growing organization and support accounting to grow into a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GAAP
, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting systems and Excel, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Location: Columbus, OH

Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of the general ledger
• Prepare reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation
• Contribute to month-end close improvements and activities
• Reconcile bank accounts and collaborate with AP/AR on variances
• Maintain fixed and intangible asset ledgers
• Assist with annual audit and compliance requirements
• Support internal control development and process improvements
• Contribute to acquisition due diligence and integration activities

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• BS degree in accounting or finance
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment
