Our client is a growth‑oriented local Real Estate company looking for an experienced Senior accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. The role requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, and the candidate will work with a small, tight‑knit group of individuals.

Hybrid work is available for this position.

Base pay: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

• General Ledger review
• Prepare & review journal entries
• Review and approve AP coding
• Fixed asset accounting
• Management Fee Invoices
• Quarterly and annual use tax reports
• Manage W-9 & 1099 reporting
• Audit Support and compliance
• Operating Expense Recoveries and billings
• Unclaimed property reporting
• Assist with annual budgets
• Special projects as necessary
• Multiply entity accounting
• Monthly financial statements and work papers
• CAM reconciliations
  
  Work closely with property managers and vendors
• Provide back‑up support for the Controller

• Real estate experience – ideally with MRI and/or Yardi experience
• Payroll experience in ADPAP experience (will interact with AP specialist)
• Inter‑company allocations
• 4–7 years of experience
• Degree in Accounting

• Target salary up to $100K plus a discretionary bonus up to 5%
