Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team in the Worthington, Ohio area. • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support audits and financial reporting requirements
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with in real estate, property management, healthcare, or senior living industries strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
