Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with vendor statement reconciliations, invoice discrepancies, and accounting system reporting on a temporary basis. Salary is $52-56k, DOE

- The Accounts Payable Specialist will perform high-volume vendor statement audits and reconciliations
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will identify and resolve vendor discrepancies, outstanding credits, and invoice issues
- Request missing invoices and supporting documentation as needed
- Assist with other AP projects, time permitting
- Accounts payable experience with high-volume vendor statement reconciliations required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) required
- Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups, formatting, and data exports
