*** Prepares and analyzes financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
* Develops and implements accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
* Monitors and reconciles general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions.
* Provides financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
* Manages the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Supervises and trains junior accounting staff, ensuring their work is accurate and completed on time.
** Education Requirement:
** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, or related field, required.

* Skills:

*** Extensive training in the design and functionality of the AM and AC modules.
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
*
* Experience:

** One year of general accounting and general ledger experience, required.
