What You’ll Do- Prepare and review Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040, 1041, 706, and 709.
- Provide proactive tax planning, including income tax, estate, trust, succession, entity structuring, PTET, and exit planning strategies.
- Research complex tax issues and develop planning recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary client contact.
- Manage engagements, ensure quality standards, and meet deadlines.
- Mentor and develop tax staff through training and technical guidance.
- Support practice growth through client relationship management and business development.
- CPA required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
- Strong background in tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth clients and closely held businesses.
- Experience with Ultra Tax CS, Thomson Reuters Checkpoint, CoCounsel, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Pay: $140K- $175K (pay is based on qualifications & experience)
