Key Responsibilities For The Full Time Bookkeeper- Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll activities.
- Prepare routine financial reports and assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Support budget tracking and provide financial information to management.
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting.
- 2+ years of general accounting/bookkeeping experience.
- Strong knowledge of A/R, A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred.
