Assistant Controller

Salary: $90,000-$100,000

Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

• Support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and management reporting packages
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Support payroll administration, tax reporting, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate audit preparation and maintain internal controls
• Partner on systems enhancements, automation, and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with nonprofit accounting, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
