You will strategize, forecast, analyze, audit, research and lead important decisions.

Who You Are As the Staff Accountant, you will ensure that all financial reporting and analysis are generated for the respective projects within the Finance & Accounting group focused on supporting the Property Management and BRG business functions. In this role, you’ll assist with accounts payable, accounts receivables, general ledger and job cost related activities to support the management operations.

The Difference You Will Make Prepare accurate and timely accrual basis financial statements in accordance with close checklists.

Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations including analysis of key accounts

Complete cash reconciliations for required accounts.

Maintain continuous improvement mindset working to consistently improve efficiency and effectiveness of the close process.

Maintain appropriate communication with Supervisor through close process to identify and address potential delays.

Communicate allocations of monthly shared services provided by LPM to other department leaders.

Assist with other information requests across the organization as needed.

Assist with fixed asset accounting.

Maintain appropriate communication with Company accounting managers.

Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with one to three years of experience preferred.
