CPA Tax Manager – Columbus, OH

, that’s looking for an experienced CPA Tax Manager to join its growing tax practice. This opportunity is ideal for a tax professional who enjoys leading engagements, building trusted client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of accountants.

• Manage a portfolio of business and individual tax clients.
• Review complex tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Deliver tax planning and advisory services that provide value to clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior tax professionals.
• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining quality standards and deadlines.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and technical expertise.
• Work closely with Partners to support client success and firm growth.

• Active CPA designation.
• 5–7 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical tax knowledge.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Must be based within a realistic commuting distance of Columbus, OH.
• This is an on-site position.
