Accounting Specialist
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
Location:
Columbus, OH (Fully On-Site)
• Work directly with project managers and finance leadership on high-visibility projects.
• Take ownership of key AP, AR, and billing processes across multiple active projects.
• Expand your experience with construction ERP systems and industry billing platforms.
• Enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong operational support.
• Build a broad accounting skill set spanning billing, compliance, vendor management, and receivables.
• Process and reconcile vendor, supplier, and subcontractor invoices.
• Manage monthly billing schedules and customer billing applications.
• Coordinate with project managers to verify billings and supporting documentation.
• Track receivables, payments, outstanding balances, and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor compliance records, including W-9s, insurance certificates, and lien waivers.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting operations.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Foundation ERP or a similar construction-focused accounting system.
