Accounting Services Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Services Representative to provide temporary, part-time support to a financial services team in downtown Columbus. This role will focus on daily accounting tasks, account and general ledger reconciliations, and working with large data sets in Excel. The position offers a flexible schedule of 4 hours per day, with the ability to choose a consistent morning or afternoon schedule.

• Perform daily general accounting activities
• Complete account and general ledger reconciliations
• Review financial data for accuracy and discrepancies
• Work with large data sets in Excel to organize and analyze information
• Use Excel pivot tables to manage and review data
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed

• Some accounting experience required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and working with large data sets
• Experience with account and general ledger reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large amounts of financial data, and has a solid foundation in accounting and reconciliations.

Salary: $24-30/hr
Schedule: Part-time Fully onsite
