Unemployment Tax Administrator

Our client in the industrial services sector is seeking an Unemployment Tax Administrator to provide temporary support with unemployment tax filings, agency correspondence, and resolving filing issues. Salary is $41-47k, DOE

• The Unemployment Tax Administrator will monitor and resolve federal and state payroll tax filing rejections
• The Unemployment Tax Administrator will receive notices, identify filing issues, and escalate items as needed
• Access multiple agency systems to review filings and address outstanding issues
• Contact government agencies to provide company information and resolve unemployment tax filing matters

• Basic accounting/bookkeeping experience and reconciliations
• Comfortable using multiple government agency portals
• Government or ADP experience is a plus
