Location:
Columbus, OHJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000 to $170,000 per year
Lead complex tax engagements for businesses and individuals, advise owners directly, and help grow the team and the firm.
Must-Haves Active CPA license8+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Expertise in federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning
Proven business development and client relationship success
Track record of developing and retaining professional staff
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
What You’ll DoDeliver tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for business and individual clients
Review complex federal, state, and local returns and work papers
Serve as a strategic advisor to business owners and executives
Manage engagement staffing, budgets, timelines, and profitability
Drive business development through networking and proposals
Supervise and mentor Managers, Seniors, and Staff Stay current on tax law changes and industry trends
Nice-to-Haves Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting
Experience with closely held or owner-managed businesses
Pass-through entity and high-net-worth individual tax experience
Compensation and Benefits $130,000 to $170,000 per year Competitive benefits package
