Position

Project Manager Assistant

Overview

Play a key role in keeping projects moving forward by supporting Project Managers with coordination, organization, and day‑to‑day operations for complex civil/municipal projects.

Responsibilities Project Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project communications
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Track deadlines and milestones to ensure timely delivery
Administrative & Documentation Support
  • Manage and maintain project documentation and records
  • Support logistics for project activities
  • Assist with compliance tasks and audit preparation
Operational Support
  • Monitor project progress and help keep teams aligned
  • Assist with contract management and internal coordination
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project team members
Light Financial & Invoicing Support
  • Assist with project budgeting and forecasting
  • Track project costs and allocations
  • Serve as the biller in the invoicing cycle
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You will be successful if you have:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with project management software and MS Office tools
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy
  • A team-oriented, service-focused approach to supporting project needs
