The Georgia Department of Labor is currently seeking applicants to fill the Image Processing Technician position in the Claims Administration Unit at the Georgia Department of Labor Headquarters in downtown Atlanta, GA.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Sorts, preps and scans claimant, employer and department documents.
- Reviews and validates scanned documents for proper indexing.
- Answers and routes incoming phone calls and emails from internal and external customers.
- Sorts mails, performs data entry and other duties that support the UI Claims Administration.
