Position OverviewThe Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Foster Care department. The role provides administrative support to Foster Care staff, maintains client and foster parent records, prepares and communicates reports, spreadsheets and data collection, and handles various tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Foster Care staff.
- Maintain client and foster parent records in identified record‑keeping systems.
- Prepare, maintain, and communicate reports, spreadsheets, and data collection.
- Provide customer‑friendly communications to internal and external customers.
- Complete various tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Full‑time, Non‑Exempt (Mon – Fri, 9a‑5p). Some in‑office required.

- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of administrative experience.
- Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
