We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support daily business operations and provide dependable administrative coordination in Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support by coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and helping day-to-day office activities run smoothly.
• Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, directing inquiries appropriately and ensuring timely follow-up when needed.
• Perform reception-related duties, including greeting visitors, maintaining a welcoming office environment, and assisting with general front-desk needs.
• Enter, update, and maintain information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organize correspondence, records, and office materials so information is easy to access and administrative processes remain efficient.
• Assist leadership with routine clerical tasks, meeting coordination, and other operational support responsibilities as assigned.
