Ensure all ancillary product documents are correctly completed, filed, and meet compliance standards.
  • Reporting & Reconciliation:
Generate regular reports on submissions, claims, and cancellations, providing insights to the management team.
  • Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency in product administration.
  • Support Sales & Finance Teams:
Act as a resource for sales and finance teams regarding customer cancellations and refunds.
Requirements Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
