We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role is not an entry-level opportunity. You will oversee the full parts sales process, maintain inventory, and deliver top-tier customer service.

$45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays

Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with the Parts Manager to locate out-of-stock parts
• Complete special order part requests for customers
• Provide updates to customers on part status
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and staff
• Follow company safety policies and industry regulations

• Minimum of 2 years in a dealership service department required
• Previous Experience At a Ford Dealership Strongly Preferred
• Solid understanding of automotive parts and systems
• Ability to identify issues and provide timely solutions
• Strong reading, math, and computer skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Positive, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Experience With Auto Parts Sales Highly Preferred
