We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role is not an entry-level opportunity. You will oversee the full parts sales process, maintain inventory, and deliver top-tier customer service.
Base pay range$45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Schedule:
Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays
Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with the Parts Manager to locate out-of-stock parts
- Complete special order part requests for customers
- Provide updates to customers on part status
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and staff
- Follow company safety policies and industry regulations
- Minimum of 2 years in a dealership service department required
- Previous Experience At a Ford Dealership Strongly Preferred
- Solid understanding of automotive parts and systems
- Ability to identify issues and provide timely solutions
- Strong reading, math, and computer skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Experience With Auto Parts Sales Highly Preferred
