As a Service Advisor
, you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

• Manage the end-to-end service experience for our clients
• Review inspection findings and video MPIs with customers
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations confidently
• Coordinate promise times and ensure accurate repair documentation
• Collaborate with technicians, parts and support teams

• Previous Service Advisor experience required (luxury preferred)
• Strong communication, follow-up, and time management skills
• Ability to perform in a structured, high-volume environment
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
