Overview

We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join a financial services team focused on Estate & Inheritor Services. This position provides dedicated support for clients during the inheritance process by handling asset transitions, processing requests, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires strong communication, client servicing, and organizational skills to ensure accurate and empathetic handling of sensitive client needs.

$21.00/hr - $22.00/hr

• Support clients with inheritance-related inquiries and requests.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Process account documentation and inheritance paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies (SEC/FINRA).
• Collaborate with advisors and internal departments for case resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking.

• Knowledge of estate, trusts, or retirement accounts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with compliance/regulations.

• Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses.
• Experience with financial systems in wealth management.
