The RolePlanes is seeking a Training and Quality Control Specialist to help ensure top-tier service during customer relocations. This role focuses on maintaining high standards during packing and loading, resolving service issues, and supporting crew performance in the field. Ideal candidates are energetic, organized, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality control visits, spot checks, and follow-up calls on customer moves.
- Resolve service issues by visiting customer sites or coordinating with internal teams.
- Support crews in delivering high-quality service and provide feedback for improvement.
- Perform vehicle inspections and assist with packing/loading when needed.
- Manage sensitive relocations and ensure VIP customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with company and industry standards through training.
- Create training materials and track performance using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be available for occasional evening or weekend field support.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of industry or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varied environments.
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours.
