About the Role

This is a Founder’s Associate role — not a traditional assistant, and not yet a Chief of Staff.

Your job is to increase founder leverage.

You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to:

  • Keep priorities clear
  • Ensure follow‑ups actually happen
  • Create structure where none exists
  • Absorb ambiguity and turn it into action

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, rapid learning, and exposure to every part of building a startup — from sales and customer relationships to operations, systems, and leadership decision‑making.

If you’re entrepreneurial, comfortable without rigid structure, and energized by responsibility, this role will stretch you fast.

What You’ll Do
  • Enable & Equip the Founders
  • Own founder to‑do lists, follow‑ups, and priorities across meetings, customers, and internal discussions
  • Ensure meetings lead to clear next steps — and that nothing falls through the cracks
  • Manage up effectively: re‑surface important items, reframe priorities, and protect momentum when leadership is moving fast or brushing things off
  • Create Order Out of Chaos
  • Build and maintain lightweight systems and processes (Notion, Airtable, Hub Spot, AI tools)
  • Track initiatives, deadlines, KPIs, and cross‑functional projects
  • Identify gaps before they become problems — and proactively solve them
  • Execute Across the Company (Swiss Army Knife Mode)
  • Support sales outreach, customer onboarding, pilots, and relationship management
  • Assist with marketing execution: decks, one‑pagers, website updates, events, and launches
  • Prepare internal updates, investor materials, and leadership communications
  • Jump into whatever needs doing to move the business forward — even when it’s not clearly defined
Use AI to Work Smarter
  • Learn and deploy AI‑based tools to automate workflows and increase efficiency
  • Become a power user of the same AI‑driven systems we help customers adopt
Who You Are

Entrepreneurial, curious, and motivated by ownership and responsibility

Comfortable in fast‑moving, unstructured, early‑stage startup environments

Confident enough to share your opinion — and disciplined enough to execute

Strong at organization, follow‑through, and delivery

Able to manage relationships and “sell the solution” through trust, clarity, and persistence

0–5 years of experience in startups, SaaS, operations, consulting, sales, or related roles
