As a Client Partner you will be the face of New Rocket, leading our top-tier accounts, forging deep, trusted relationships within our clients and partner (Service Now).

Your objective will be to drive growth and profitability, expanding revenue, elevating our brand, and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple high-impact projects. • Grow and Manage Key Accounts:
  Oversee a portfolio of $5M-$10M+, driving strategic expansion and revenue growth.
• Deliver Excellence:
  Partner with delivery teams to ensure top-tier project success and maximize client satisfaction (CSAT).
• Consult & Advise:
  Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock the full power of their Service Now platform.
• Lead Without Limits:
  Influence across our global organization, working with delivery, sales, and advisory teams to shape the future of digital transformation.

• 12+ years in professional services / consulting, with a mix of delivery and sales experience.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate complex client relationships.
• Deep expertise in technology consulting & Service Now ecosystem.
