Job Title: Service Now Business Analyst
Work Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: Long Term
- Experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
- Strong experience with Service Now platform; hands-on configuration or workflow design is a plus.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- Additional Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with process modelling tools and methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
