Customer Service Reporting & Analytics - Summer

Marzetti is seeking a Customer Service Reporting & Analytics Intern to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program!

Essential Functions/

Primary Responsibilities:

• Inventory existing reports and data sources Define KPIs and reporting standards Design and build Power BI dashboards Validate business requirements with stakeholders Document metrics and reporting processes Present recommendations to leadership

Qualification Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program with a focus in:
  Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications, specifically Excel
• Foundational knowledge of Power BI
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills demonstrated through extracurricular activities and/or work experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• Action-oriented with sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
• Resourceful, adaptable, and effective in navigating change and influencing others
• Works effectively both independently and in team settings
