Senior Market Access Analyst II responsible for leading enterprise-wide analytics to optimize pricing, reimbursement, contracting, and channel strategies, thereby supporting patient access and commercial growth.
Responsibilities:- develop scenario models
- provide executive insights on access performance
- track key KPIs related to payer and patient access
- support channel optimization (Buy and Bill, Specialty Pharmacy)
- analyze reimbursement data to identify trends and barriers
- and build scalable analytics and data governance capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in market access analytics, HEOR, reimbursement, or healthcare analytics
- strong understanding of payer dynamics and reimbursement strategies
- experience influencing senior leadership with data-driven recommendations
- proven analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
deep payer and reimbursement knowledge, experience in healthcare analytics impacting commercialization, cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Market Access, Finance, and Patient Services.
Work Setup:remote U.S., with an emphasis on strategic data-driven insights to expand patient access and support long-term growth.
