Business Analyst || Contract || Onsite

Salary Range: $50.00 To $60.00 Hourly
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
- Create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.
- Support testing, UAT, defect validation, and solution implementation.
- Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Manage requirements and backlog using Azure Dev Ops or Jira.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, demos, and status discussions.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to documentation standards.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong requirements elicitation and business process modeling skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, Azure Dev Ops/Jira.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Agile/Scrum experience with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
