We are seeking a Senior Strategic Operations Analyst to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to support the Department of War with organizational management, professional development, organization design, strategic studies, and policy implementation. This position will require limited CONUS travel.

• Experience supporting senior and executive level Department of War personnel (both military and civilian)
• Executive level workforce planning and readiness
• Organizational design and transformation
• Strategic communications

• 20+ years supporting executive level leadership
• Master's degree in Business, Strategic Studies, or a related field
