Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Hanlin Rainaldi Construction is a growing commercial general contractor based in Columbus, Ohio. We’re currently hiring for a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Our work spans ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and pre-engineered metal buildings across a variety of markets—office, medical, retail, restaurant, religious, athletic, and industrial. We’re looking for someone who thrives on coordination, accountability, and problem-solving, and who can keep a project moving without losing sight of the details.

This role requires occasional travel and the ability to lead fast-paced projects with professionalism and strong attention to detail.

• Manage all phases of construction projects from turnover through closeout
• Maintain overall responsibility for project schedule, cost tracking, and profitability
• Issue and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
• Approve subcontractor pay apps and project billing
• Communicate directly with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the life of the project
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure work is completed safely and to quality standards
• Enforce company safety protocols and applicable regulations on every jobsite

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field—or equivalent industry experience
• 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost management
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
• Strong organizational habits and follow-through
