A leading construction firm is looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations for a large-scale fiber installation project. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in telecommunications construction, knowledge of fiber installation techniques, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, developing quality and safety programs, and mentoring staff. This position requires travel up to 100% of the time.
