Marous Brothers Construction (MBC) is seeking a self‑motivated Project Engineer for our Building Groups in Columbus, OH. MBC is recognized as one of the leading construction firms in the Midwest, offering integrated services for complete construction solutions.

As a Full‑Time Project Engineer, also known as Assistant Project Manager, you will be located on the Ohio State University campus, engaging in onsite work that helps shape innovative projects leaving a lasting impact.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support daily operations across dynamic job sites. You will manage RFIs, submittals, material deliveries, and project documentation. You will collaborate with seasoned professionals, solve problems creatively, and help drive project success. A problem‑solving mindset and the ability to think outside the box are essential, as is strong time‑management to meet deadlines and ensure milestones are achieved.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1‑3 years in a Project Engineer or similar role
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with project management software
• A proactive, ethical, and team‑oriented mindset
