Responsibilities

* Oversee the entire project to ensure it is constructed according to design, schedule, and budget.

* Interact with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Manage project schedule, cost, and quality.

* Handle change orders and project closeout.

Essential Skills

* 7+ years of Project Management experience.

* Experience in construction management and commercial construction.

* Public project experience is required.

* Proficient in project coordination.

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
