Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. - Seeking experience in general contracting, CMR and Design/Build
- Experience with reviewing blueprints, working with architects
- Must have experience with projects from $5 - $20 million in size
- Assist with design/build, troubleshooting project issues
- 3-5 construction management experience
- Background in commercial construction
- 4-year degree in construction management or equivalent experience
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with site personnel, administration, and customers
Salary Range: 90-100K
