- Seeking Superintendent experience with commercial construction
- Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
- Must have experience with projects from $2 million in size
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience
- Pro Log or Procore experience is a plus
- Ground up and renovation experience
- A 4 years degree in Construction Management
- Direct experience in preferred fields
- Previous experience running projects up to $40 million
- A desire to do things right the first time
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Understanding of shop drawing
- Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
- Ability to travel
Salary Range: $110-125K
